Velocity FC '99 Green was a brand new team for the 2011-2012 competitive year. And, although their season record does not show it, the improvement in player technical and tactical level was incredible over the course of the competitive year. Playing with only 12 players on roster, VFC '99 Green was at a significant disadvantage each game and match. However, what started out as heavy losses at the beginning of the season was quickly worked down to draws, wins and single goal losses by the end of the year.

| I enjoy working with youth players and seeing them grow into their potential. It is very satisfying to see the skills and thought processes transferred from the practice field to the game and know that the players are getting a greater understanding of the game of soccer. |
